For help with capture, saving, Live Photos, Events, subscriptions or sharing, email the Threefold team. Include your iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Please do not attach private photographs unless they are essential to the issue.
Before contacting us
- Check camera and add-to-Photos permission in iOS Settings.
- Confirm there is free storage available on the iPhone.
- For purchases, tap Restore purchases on the Threefold Pro screen.
